Terms and Conditions: The Express mani/ pedi combo is for a shape, cuticle tidy and polish on hands and feet using gel or normal polish. Please note if you already have gel on your hands or feet when arriving to your appointment you will be charged a supplement for a removal of the old gel polish.

This gift voucher is valid exclusively for the Manicure/Pedicure Combo package, as detailed at the time of purchase, and cannot be redeemed for any other service or product.
The voucher is valid for Two months from the date of purchase. It must be used before the expiry date and cannot be extended.
Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Please quote the voucher code at the time of booking.
The voucher is non-transferable and must be used by the individual named on the voucher unless otherwise agreed in advance.
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the voucher.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or used as credit for other treatments or services.
Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced. Please treat the voucher as cash.
If the price of the treatment changes after the voucher is purchased, no additional fees will be required, nor will a refund be issued for price reductions.
If the specific treatment is no longer available, Organic Treatment Company Ltd reserves the right to offer a substitute treatment of equivalent value.
Any additional services or upgrades requested during the treatment must be paid for separately.
We have a 7 days guarantee on our manicure and pedicures and therefore if you have any accidents we will repair your nails for free within 7 days of your original appointment.
